Reputation is the most important asset entrusted to a CEO by the board and shareholders.  A solid reputation, differentiated from competitors, allows companies to attract and keep top talent, lower the cost of capital, attract customers, enhance financial value, and gain the support of key regulators and other stakeholders. 

Reputation is too important to be left to any one function within the company.  It is the responsibility of everyone.  Reputation is enhance through actions, not words, so it is critical that everyone in the company understands what is expected of them and how to achieve the objectives.

I have worked in companies for most of my career, leading successful programs in reputation management, and have been a consultant to many others to help them gain competitive advantage and value from their reputations.

My background provides me with an unique set of skills that I bring to client engagements.  I have been a corporate executive, a professor and consultant. I have established a reputation as one of the most experienced and knowledgeable experts in reputation and brand management.
